About PROPER HVAC INC
Proper HVAC Inc has served Chula Vista and surrounding San Diego County communities since establishing operations locally, building a reputation grounded in 37 verified customer reviews that consistently award the maximum 5-star rating. The licensed contractor operates Monday through Saturday with standard business hours and responds to service calls throughout the region, providing residential heating and cooling solutions to homeowners across multiple neighborhoods and municipalities.
Without access to current website specifications, this contractor distinguishes itself through documented customer experiences that highlight responsive emergency service and honest diagnostic practices. Reviewers recount scenarios ranging from holiday-weekend furnace failures to same-day AC breakdowns during extreme heat conditions, noting technicians arrived prepared to address secondary issues discovered during service calls.
Customers repeatedly reference technicians David and Luis by name, describing detailed explanations of problems and proposed solutions. One homeowner recounted a scenario where the team resolved an AC failure by diagnosing the issue accurately after previous contractors misidentified the problem, saving the customer significant unnecessary expense.
