About Precision Home Services
Precision Home Services operates as an air duct cleaning specialist serving the Richmond, Michigan community. The business maintains a 3.8-star rating drawn from 40 customer reviews, with operating hours spanning from 8 AM to 10 PM seven days a week. Based in Richmond, the company focuses primarily on residential air duct cleaning services, with reviewers also mentioning related services like chimney sweeping.
The company's online presence presents challenges for prospective clients seeking to verify service details, as the website content does not align with expected HVAC service information. This discrepancy may warrant direct phone contact to confirm specific service offerings, brand partnerships, or guarantees before scheduling.
Customer reviews highlight Justin as a technician who has performed duct cleaning and chimney sweeping work, with one reviewer noting positive experiences during a new home purchase. However, separate reviews detail significant concerns including communication failures, service delays, and a serious safety incident involving a dryer vent that was not properly reconnected after service, resulting in a gas dryer malfunction.
What Customers Say
Of 40 reviews averaging 3.8 stars, positive feedback frequently mentions technician Justin and fast 45-minute service times. Negative reviews cite serious concerns including communication breakdowns, missed commitments, and a critical safety issue where a dryer vent was not reconnected after service.
